Accessibility statement

eishold.io is the digital presence of the business Jürgen Eishold. We aim to make our website and the digital offerings for which we are responsible as accessible as possible.

Scope and services

This statement applies to eishold.io, including its language versions. Our services include designing, digitally marketing and selling B2B and B2C services through digital and personal channels, for our own business and for other companies; analysing and transforming analogue business operations into partly or fully automated digital workflows and system processes; developing MVPs and server applications to orchestrate multiple AI agent teams; defining agents, skills and requirements, including continuous training and improvement and task-specific knowledge bases and architectures; digitising complex operations; and developing websites, corporate web presences, online shops and e-commerce platforms according to need. For offerings developed for clients, the respective operator’s responsibility and any separate accessibility statement must be considered.

Objectives and legal framework

Our development aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. For web content, EN 301 549 V3.2.1 incorporates WCAG 2.1 and additional requirements; it is not equivalent to WCAG 2.2. Austria’s Accessibility Act (BaFG) has applied since 28 June 2025 to the products and services within its scope. Applicability to individual offerings and any statutory exemptions require separate assessment.

Assessment status and inaccessible content

This statement is not currently based on a completed, documented assessment of the entire website. Neither full nor partial conformity is therefore confirmed. Specific barriers, affected pages, applicable success criteria and planned remedies will be added following assessment. This statement does not claim an exemption on grounds of disproportionate burden.
